Key "easter egg" points for me were:
1) The map from the Dungeons and Dragons black boxed set.
2) Miniatures from the Dragon Strike introductory roleplaying set.
3) Miniatures and "doors" from the classic Heroquest game.
4) The Jack Black moment.
5) The Blair Witch moment.
6) The use of Boccob.
