KRULL
ONE AND A HALF STARS
This is another of the GenX D&D geek films, but one that is a must see. It shares much in common with Hawk the Slayer (the man who plays the giant in Hawk is the Cyclops in Krull) with regards to the cheesiness of its storyline and the unconditional love that I have for it. This would be a two star movie except for the ending where the prince and princess discover that their love is the power that can destroy the master of the dark tower. They shoot fire from their hands, blah, blah...
But the cyclops.
Liam Neeson.
And the Glaive.
Make it all worth it.
